Seaside Council 17 hosted an Awards Banquet honoring 50 year members recently at St. Paul's Church. Several men were recognized for their long and faithful service to the Council. Lisa Martin, Vice-Chair of Ave Maria Home, also received a check for $500. Ave Maria Home is a newly-formed organization that will offer housing and services for pregnant women in need.
State Deputy Scott Flood presided over the the presentation of awards and GK Fred Bolen served as the Master of Ceremonies.
